FUERZABRUTA!

UM. YES. I need to see this.

I know my postings have been sparce - and no I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth.  I’ve started flying, with one of the greatest, most inspirational shows I’ve ever seen.

WET’N’WILD AT FUERZA BRUTA NYC

A girl named SooHye came from Korea to see Fuerza Bruta last week.  A few days later I got this awesome drawing by her that she created by collaging a few different photos of me together.  Sweet work SooHye :)

Look Up NYC ! Usher joins the cast of Fuerza Bruta for two performances only!

The critically acclaimed off-Broadway show in New York City, Fuerza Bruta, is thrilled to announce that Usher will join the cast as the lead Running Man for two performances. Fans will experience an exclusively intimate and electrifying performance of Fuerza Bruta with one of the world’s most beloved music icons at their fingertips.

Very limited seating for this experience on April 28. Click here to join!

Fuerza Bruta floods the senses with breathtaking visuals and dynamic music as performers run through moving walls and frolic in a watery world suspended just above the audience. The non-stop action and kinetic aerial imagery is set to a beat-driven, heart-pumping soundtrack. Since its opening in 2007, Fuerza Bruta has garnered rave reviews with The New York Times hailing the show “a physical and visual extravaganza,” while the New York Post describes it as, “a dazzling blend of erotic, hypnotic, aquatic.”

After coming to watch the show 11 times, this past weekend Usher became the newest cast member of Fuerza Bruta!  In only a few rehearsals he managed to learn the show and the crew re-adapted the show to the music from his upcoming album “Looking For Myself”.  Performing with Fuerza to his own music was his version of a listening party.  Here is my fave article from Forbes explaining the whole experience.  And yes, Bieber did show up, so I smashed him over the head with a planchaso (styrofoam/paper box full of confetti).  I had so much fun!  Ursh killed it!
