I met Steelo probably in 2003 as a judge for a hip hop competition I was in.  I really admired his talent and style and and looked up to him and his crew “The Groovaloos”.  Here is his story of losing it all and fighting hard to dance again.  Talk about heart.  Get some tissue ready…

After coming to watch the show 11 times, this past weekend Usher became the newest cast member of Fuerza Bruta!  In only a few rehearsals he managed to learn the show and the crew re-adapted the show to the music from his upcoming album “Looking For Myself”.  Performing with Fuerza to his own music was his version of a listening party.  Here is my fave article from Forbes explaining the whole experience.  And yes, Bieber did show up, so I smashed him over the head with a planchaso (styrofoam/paper box full of confetti).  I had so much fun!  Ursh killed it!
